Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Swelling In Fingers

My doctor said he thought a spider had biten my finger. I have had steroids and antibotics and anti dotes, it will unsweel and 2 to 3 weeks it will swell up again and the process continues. It feels like my finger is hot and like it going to explode. What should I do.
This is the 3rd repeat of this problem
