Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Vaginal Discharge

hi doc i have a problem regarding my vaginal discharge it keeps on coming back since 1 yr and 6 months ago..i have taken a lot of medications and vaginal douche but it seems like not effective..i had my culture and sensitivity and the result was klebsiella..what medication can you recommend for me?thank you so much!
