Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems like pustular acne and can be due to bacterial infection..
You can apply a combination of Clindamycin gel and benzoyl peroxide gel over it..
Do cool compresses over it.
A short course of antibiotics can help..
Wash your face frequently throughout the day with a mild facewash..
Do not try to lance it and let it heal with medications as popping can cause recurring infection over it..
In case if it does not show signs of improvement in a week consult a dermatologist and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
