Suggest Treatment For Recurring Abdominal Pain And Bloating During Menstruation

Hi today is my periods 2nd day. Yesterday being 1st day, i suffered with severe menstrual cramp with vomiting and fainted. TOday also i am having severe pain in my abdomen with bloating and burping...I am used to it on every month of menstruation. Pls help me to get rid of this....
