Suggest Treatment For Recurring Acute Rash Along With Elevated Neutrophil Count

My daughter age 38 developed an acute rash 6 days ago. It has been treated with predisone and Benadryl. Without the medication, it is back with a vengeance. Blood work today showed elevated calcium levels and elevated neutrophils. Any idea what is causing the rash?
