General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

All these symptoms could be due to allergic sinusitis or throat infection.

You must get evaluated for complete blood count, ESR,Xray face and pharyngoscopy to rule out any throat infection or lesion.

Meanwhile, you can take antihistamines (cetrizine),antiinflammatories, antipyretics if fever with saline nebulization and steam inhalation.

Keep yourself away from exaggerating or triggering factors like dust, fumes etc.

Consult allergic specialist or ENT specialist for further advise.

Regards,
