General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

Ma'am this could have to do with a possible gastric condition like ulcers, etc. I would recommend avoiding smoking, alcohol, spicy oily fried and fatty food, avoid stress, avoid overeating, lose weight if you are overweight, eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger meals and drink plenty of water. Use antacids like ranitidine, omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc; to see if they help suppress your symptoms.

Best wishes
