Suggest Treatment For Recurring Bartholin S Cyst

Hi. I keep having recurring bartholin cyst. I had a marsupialazation done in 2006 and was free of them until 2013. Now they come at least once a year. Its painful and bothersome. I want so badly to have the whole gland removed just to avoid the pain. Are there any suggestions you can give me BC the sits baths aren t working. I ve even statryed using Prid drawing salve. Should I try the excision of the gland?
