Suggest Treatment For Recurring Blood Blisters On Arms, Thighs And Waist
I ve been having blood filled blisters come up on my thighs. The come up as a hard spot due to chaffing... either they head up and drain or turn into purple spots. Whether they drain or not they come right back up. I am now getting them other places. Under my arms, my waist, and inner thighs.

You are suffering from blood filled blisters on the thighs. you are also getting them in your inner thighs, arms and waist. Blood blisters commonly occur due to injury like chaffing, friction between skin and synthetic or rough fabric, allergy, abrasion due to sweating and direct exposure to sunlight, injury from some tools, etc. Blood blisters typically heal on their own and don’t require treatment. However, be gentle with yourself. Take care of your hygiene.
Wear soft cotton clothes. Try to avoid exposure to sunlight, Use humidifier or prefer to stay in air conditioned room. Apply antibacterial ointment on the area affected. Do not touch, scratch or prick. Take a lot of water and bath regularly. stay away from addictions if any. Take more fruits and vegetables and home made food. Avoid taking oily spicy packaged and processed food.
