Suggest Treatment For Recurring Bouts Of Vomiting After Food Intake

Hello dr My son is 17 month old he had 3-4 spoons noodles yesterday After few min he vomits Then we bring him home And till then he vomits a big no no for food Wheever i tried to fed him he vomits He vomits almost 6-7 times vomitting I take him to the doctor also But no such relief What should i do Pls help doctor I gave him emeset syrup 5 ml and Pedialyte

Hi,
This appears to be a case of food poisoning. You should continue emeset for 2 days. In my opinion, If your child has fever then give paracetamol syrup sos, also antibiotic needs to be given like syrup oflox 5 ml PO three times a day for 3 days. However, since this is a prescription medicine, i advice you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis. I hope this has helped you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
