i my nANE is Meda Chiara and am trying to get over nephonia sorry for the vad spelling . The last two years - tthkeep get colds, and just feeling crappy all the time. Drs keep telling me Im fine but I think there s something wrong,, I feel that my immumune system is compromised and I don t know what to tell the dr. to test for. can you suggest some tests. Ive had basic blood tests and they always seem to come IN range

Avoid intake of sharp spicy food. You should apply mist humidifiers in room and take throat lozenges.
