Suggest Treatment For Recurring Cold, Cough And Fever In A Child

My son is 2.4 yrs old. Nowadays he is getting illness such as cold or cough or fever frequently. And at first, unfortunately i couldn t give him breast milk because i doesn t had enough breast milk. And later till 2 yrs we gave him lactogen as milk substitute. But i fear that lack of immunity is the cause of his frequent illness. Is there any way to regain more immunity to keep my son healthy?
