Suggest Treatment For Recurring Colds In Adults

i am 64 years old.i have problim of bad cold due to allergy.in oct,2010 i felt bronchial problim. iconsulted so many doctors relatrd to chest problim but results were not good even after taking their medicines.then i consulted one more physician who put me on this medicinealong with flomist nasal spray and anti allergic tab.i am now o.k.but when i stop this medicine in cold whether or hot summer the problim again occures.please advise for how much time i have to take this medicine.

Hello,

Your cold seems to be allergic so it keeps recurring as you get exposed to the allergen. So your medication helps prevent the reaction of your body to the allergen if exposed. You need to use that medication at least for 6 months. So kindly don't stop those medications. Also, you can practice pranayama breathing exercises under supervision for a great relief and prevention of allergic cold.
