How do I deal with recurring constipation that returned after a day? I now Have bleeding, hem roads, and something still stuck in colon, when only The liquids I have had come through. Not even the stool softeners or the Milk of magnesia is helping but they worked the first day. After eating lightly the first day only liquids and toast. The second day I went Back to regular diet with apples, oatmeal, whole grains, and some cooked veggies. Today I tried the brat diet after clogging up after tea and oatmeal for breakfast.
