Suggest Treatment For Recurring Cysts In Clitoris

For many years I have had a recuring cyst in my clitoris which eventually bursts. I have been treated with strong antibiotics and it is ok for a few months but then comes back. how can I get rid of this permanently? I am 53 and also have vulval lichen planus (for 3 years)
