Suggest Treatment For Recurring Episodes Of Vertigo

I have had Vertigo since July 4th. Its been mild so Ive been able to function. I have also been doing the exercises and that is truly the only time I spin up until today, July 9th. Today, when I look up or down I start spinning. While doing my exercises Its like fireworks going off, one side stronger then the other. Any idea why it started all over again. Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo. I suggest using Betahistine Hydrochloride three times a day for a week. I also suggest to avoid salt from the diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
