General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the metabolic changes in the body, may be hyper thyroidism, or lack of resistance, etc.
The fever also could be due to the exposure to the heat of the sun, sun burn etc.
The rise in the leucocytes suggest the infection some where may be the urinary tract infection. may be confirmed by the culture and sensitivity of the urine.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to have good health, recovery, and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
