Suggest Treatment For Recurring Fluid Filled Abscess In Vagina

l have a swollen painfull libia minora, went into A and E last year and they said l had an abcess,they did a l&d but it seems it never cleared, l went to see a gynae who told me its only a collection of fluid and there is nothing they can do... what causes this and would l need another operation to get rid of it completely
