General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Seems sexually transmitted vaginal infection as Trichomonas or Chlamydia most likely. Following are best guidelines:
- Culture swab of the vagina for microbiological diagnosis
- Full course of metrondiazole with or without other antibiotics as per the sensitivity report of culture
- Vaginal and penile hygiene
- Strict abstinence (including protected sex with condom) from sex till complete recovery
- Extra vaginal care for tampon use during menses
- Control of blood sugar
- Hydration maintenance

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
