Suggest Treatment For Recurring Pain In Palm After Electric Shock

I was working on restoring a house on Friday and thought the electricity was turned off so I could work on a faulty outlet. It turned out that the electricity was still on to that part of the house and I got a minor shock to the palm of my hand. My arm was numb for ten minutes but nothing hurt badly so I kept on working. The next day I woke up and it hurt to bend my hand back right at the soft part of the wrist in the middle. Two days later it still hurts, did the electricity break a bone in my wrist?
