Suggest Treatment For Recurring Pain In The Legs

I have pain in the lower half & inside of both knees for a week. I've been taking ibprofen 4 5days. the pain is now in my ankle in my right leg, and some muscle pain in both calves which may be related. the pain is not constant and the only exercise I've been doing is walking and 3min Jog, I used to do weights which had no effect on my knees, I havn't done it since my injury. Any help?! Thank you.
