Suggest Treatment For Recurring Papitations With High Levels Of Anxiety
My friend has palpitations and arythmias for days at at time, has constant high levels of anxiety w waves of severe anxiety (can t drive the car etc.). He has blood pressure typically around 140/90. He recently started an ACE inhibator but doesn t seem to be helping the blood pressure readings. He was previously on a beta blocker but it brought his pulse to low and didn t help the BP anyway. He s also taking some Xanax for anxiety but it s really not helping. Can you give us some recommendations? He s in a terrible state. Thank you.

Regarding your friend being diagnosed with recurrent anxiety with palpitations and arrhythmia with no remarkable improvement with prescribed medication I will suggest he has developed a heart disease
In view of this let him do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Moreover let him take the following medications pending the outcome of the result
Tablet melatonin (anxiety)
Tablet metoprolol
Tablet captopril
