Suggest Treatment For Recurring Photosensitivity Rash On Elbows

I have a rash that appears on both my elbows. I have been to a dermatologist, who did a punch biopsy and told me it was a photosensitvity rash. He put me on a steroid creme, which helped for a while. The the rash came back. I was put on prednisone for 15 days, and now after taking my last pill today, the rash seems to be coming back in one spot. I am starting to put the creme on it again, hoping it will help. This has been a four month ordeal, that has left me with nasty looking arms.

HI

Since you have developed a photo sensitive skin rash , the most important thing is to avoid sUn exposure completely over the affected area .
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 over the exposed areas of body everyone before going out in the sun.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily.
