Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring pimples on cheek, well this is common which occur due to hormonal changes, oily skin, side effects of any cosmetic product, sun exposure or allergic reaction. I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and face wash containing benzoyl peroxide , apply cream containing azelaic acid which is very effective and safe for use twice a days. Exfoliate your face with non comedogenic exfoliant one a week. Apply vitamin C serum before going to bed for quick recovery. If condition get worse or doesn't improve then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe retinoids and antibiotics like minocycline. For now drink plenty of fluid and eat healthy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
