Suggest Treatment For Recurring Prolapsed Disc

Iam Maj. John R. kagwisa. I have been advised to contact Dr. Sivamurugan of Bone and Joint Hospital on the following illness. I have had back pain since early 70's. I had a prolapsed disc in August 1993 and operated in September same year in Mulago Hospital, Kampala, Uganda. The same problem reoccurred in 2001 and an operation was carried out in Nairobi Hospital, Kenya same year. As I send this mail, I have a similar problem at the same spot. Why is the prolapse reoccurring in the same region? My doctors in Uganda have suggested another operation including stabilising the back. Any refference and advice.
