Suggest Treatment For Recurring Rashes On Hands And Arms

My daughter in law is suffering from some sort of immune deficency. He natural doctor has told her she basically doesn t have an immune system left. She has a terrible rash on hands and arms and has a developed a large purple and red splotch about 5 x 16 on the inside of one calf. That especially worries me due to possible blood clot. Her medical doctor gave her a new, strong antibiotic and a newly developed antibiotic/steroid cream. Both things she does not want to take. Her gut has already been stripped of all healthy bacteria from an earlier round of treatment. and has a growth of the bad types of bacteria, according to recent testing. This has been a 4 month battle. Any suggestions?
