Hello,

Such red spots, rashes or cracks on the skin of the penis in the majority of the cases is suggestive of STI. There are other causes such as allergies & autoimmune disorders. Jock itch, causes red, itchy, scaly spots/blisters, Molluscum Contagiosum, Balanitis, Genital herpes, genital warts, syphilis, & chancroid.

Visit ER, get physically examined, continue to apply the cortisone cream in the affected area & avoid sex for a couple of days till you are being treated. Get STD tests done to rule out sexually transmitted diseases. You will be treated according to the disease (pathology) detected. You will be treated with antibiotics, antivirals, (or surgery if needed). Take care of your hygiene, wear cotton clothes. Avoid multiple partners & never go for unprotected sex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
