Suggest Treatment For Recurring Scabies

Hello doctor. I was diagnosed with scabies about 3 months ago. I took permethrin cream several times. Used ivermectin pills. Tea trea oil mixed in body wash and used topically as well. The bumps and everything go away then reappear every day or so around my waste when I take my clothes off, on my feet when I take my socks off, and sometimes I just feel an itch in other places. I went to the dermatologist and he told me that the marks I had did not look like scabies. Scabies are smaller dots with lines imbetween them. I think the dermatologist was full of it because he didn t seem to enthusiastic or cared very much about it. I know scabies takes a little to completely stop itching after it s gone due to the excrement left in the skin and the actually dead mites left in the skin but it s been awhile now and new bumps appear then I put some tea tree oil on them or some more permethrin cream on them and they go away. Then they reappear again the next day. I ve changed my sheets constantly. Used disenfectant mode with hot water on washer when doing laundry. Wiped everything I touch down with tea tree oil and put shoes and hats and anything I touch in bags for a week since the mites can t survive. I m not sure what it is at this point. I m just severely annoyed and frustrated that this won t end. Does this sound like anything else? Am I doing something wrong? Help please
