Suggest Treatment For Recurring Scrotum Pain

Respected Sir, I had pain in the scrotum for 2 months but on and off,took doxycycline for seven days,I was ok. But one day I ran to catch a bus,pain felt that time then I got seat then for many hours no pain,but again on and off but this time restricted to the area in the left scrotum. Was worried General surgeaon advised me oflloxacin for 1 week,then Doppler,urine and blood exam. All the reports are normal. Please advise me,was it torsion and detortion,will doppler show that. Please reply

I really appreciate your concern, you have been taken all the antibiotic which may not be indicated here because it may not be infection that can be treated with antibiotic, if the test results are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry and pain could be nonspecific, it is advisable to try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
