Suggest Treatment For Recurring Seizures In Children

Hi my son who is 12 years old is suffering from fits(seizures)for pat 2 years. usually he gets fits on early morning between (4-8am). If he get stress(during exam time) or if he involves in sports( more physical activity) he gets fits in the next morning. when in time of fits he gets difficulty in breathing and spiting saliva for around 20-40 seconds, at times a minute.
he get consciousness only after half deep sleep an hour with high heart beat.


TREATMENTS TAKEN
CT SCAN MRI EEG AND X RAYS ALL RESULTS NORMAL.

MEDICATION
CLOBA 5 : TWO TABLETS EVERY DAY
OXETOL : TWO TABLETS EVERY DAY
FOR PAST ONE YEAR

PREVIOUS MEDICATION
CLOBA 10 AND FRISIUM FOR A YEAR

Doctors here near my city advised that he will get fits till the age of 15.
for past few weeks he is getting fits heavily for more than a minute.

Can you please provide me some suggestions. thank you so much in advance
