Suggest Treatment For Recurring Seizures

my husband is sufferring with fits when he was on eption for a while , from last 5 years & now he gets it once in while. He gets mostly in sleep with loud sound,saliva coming out,legs moving fastly. Hhe takes Triptal 600 mg & Topamax twice a day now, but still he gets it once during full moon, or amavasya her fits but still he has to be cured ,pl suggest remedy for this dangerous disease pl help
