Suggest Treatment For Recurring Uterine Fibroids

I have fibroids and i did an operation in the past.The dr did not take out all of them.In January i had prolonged menses and was passing huge dark red clots.It is normal now but i am spotting in between.I have my menses now and sometimes i pass huge red clots.Pl advise.The drs in my country are saying that they are growing bigger and i have to have a hysterectomy.I don't have children and would like to have.
