Suggest Treatment For Recurring Wrist Pain

I keep on getting reoccurring pain in my wrist, it feels like the vein(s) in my wrist, it s usually my right wrist, but sometimes it alternates, rarely my fingers and sometimes underneath my collerbone and now next to my left hip, it s really worrying me, should it?

it can be ganglion in both wrist or arthritis like rheumatoid . so Ra factor may be done. take nasids and use wrist band.consult rheumatologist for examination and advise on treatment.
