Suggest Treatment For Red And Inflamed Urethra

I have freqency of urination, cramps, and a very red/inflammed urethra. I am female. No burning; fever or pain with urination. I assume it is a urinary tract infection, but I have never seen a red;raw urethra before. I have not been having sex. Am post menopausal. have type 2 diabetes.

Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Don't worry much. Stay calm.
After menopause these symptoms are very common due to hormonal imbalance. you need to drink lots of water. and maintain proper hygiene. consult your gynecologist if he/she wants to start hormone replacement therapy. and local application of estrogen is also available which is very useful in such condition.
Hope this information helps you.
Best wishes.
