Suggest Treatment For Red And Itchy Anus Along With Burning Sensation During Urination

Hello. I have only had 2 sexual partners and with both I have always used a condom during intercourse. I have performed and received oral sex with no protection. Last week, my boyfriend and I were having intercourse and he accidentally pulled out and pushed into my anus very hard which caused it to bleed. He then carried on the intercourse (vaginal) without seeming to notice he had penetrated my anus, so I assume some bacteria etc from the anus etc has got into the vagina. My anus is now very itchy and red and I have one small itchy red bump near the anus and one on the vagina. When I urinate there is an intense burning. I m wondering if you could shed some light into what it may be as I am too embarrassed to go to a doctor and worried it may be an STD. Thank you.
