Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red and itchy rash on hands, shin and buttock which seems to be due to improper cleanliness of body, due to hair follicle infection by bacteria, clogging of skin pores and due to fungal infection. It could be due to allergic reaction as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain cleanliness of area and keep it dry. You should wear loose clothes and avoid sharing your clothes with anyone. You should apply topical antibacterial ointment mupirocin on it. Avoid touching or pricking it. Take oral antibiotic course as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should go for blood tests and skin allergy or patch test and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
