Suggest Treatment For Red And Painful Eyes

I went to urgent care last wed nite and was given drops for an eye infection - told to see a doctor thurs. I did and was diagnosed with pink eye thurs. told to stay on the eye drops 4x a day. Since then it has gotten worse, red eye, watering constantly, half open, grity in the morning and painful. Is this the natural couse, is the antibiotic not working, should i go back to urgent care Thank you YYYY@YYYY

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with pink eye and on treatment with antibiotic eye drops.
Usually it takes 5-7 days to resolve completely.
If it is not responding then you need to change the antibiotic eye drops according to the culture and sensitivity report.
As of now you can continue same eye drops as advised by your doctor.
