Suggest Treatment For Red And Swollen Toe

Toe red and swollen went to ER, they determined Cellulitis, prescribed antibiotics and soaking. Keep getting small pieces of white material where they lanced the toe. Is this normal discharge, not all soft?. 10 days of antibiotics 450 mg of Clindamycin every 8 hours. Pain is less but still red and swollen, have been taking medication for 3 days.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the abscess formation then draining of puss would be necessary with higher antibiotic, it is the surgical intervention needed here, till then wound may not healed or swelling will not be subsided hope this information helps.
