Suggest Treatment For Red Blotchy Rash On Waist Line
I have developed a red blotchy rash on my waist line. It is not painful but at times it itches and feels warm to the touch. It started out as a small red spot now has become a red spot about 6 inches . I do have diabetes and don t know is that is causing the rash or something is.
