Suggest Treatment For Red Bump Below Clitoris

I have a little red lump on the right hand side just below my clitoris, and I m not sure how long it s been there but I am feeling a lot of discomfort, I have itchiness and sometimes pain, and I also have a horrible odour, and like a creamy/white discharge, I am 17, sexually active I have the nexaplanon implant and I have the microgynon 30 pill. Please help?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to hair follicle infection, vaginal infection, infected bartholin cyst, blocked cyst gland, STDs.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test and STD screening to confirm the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Apply mupirocin ointment
For infection: vaginal suppository if clingen and lactobacilli.
Take single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash
Apply warm pad application and take hot water bath
