Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps And Swollen Penis After Intercourse

I recently had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, the next day, I noticed tiny red bumps on the head of my penis, after noticing that, the forskin and head of my penis started itching, now it itches on and off all day, this started Monday. Yesturday, I noticed some white sticky stuff around the head of my penis, and a big read area that looks kinda swollen, I want to make a doctors appointment, but I'd rather get an opinion first. I'm 16 if that helps any.
