Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Feet And Inner Thighs

Hello. My son has red bumps on both of his inner thighs. He has some of those same bumps on his testicles. He doesn t complain about them, although they do look very painful. The ones that he does complain about are the ones located on the bottom part of his feet.

Hi.
As per your case history your son is multiple furuncles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
