Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Thighs And Buttocks

I have red bumps on my inner thighs and along the crack of my buttocks. They itch a lot, and I often wake up scratching them. There are similar bumps on some of my fingers and wrists, but the ones on my wrists are more like small blisters, which I can pop and a clear pus-like fluid seeps out. The blisters are also very itchy. I've had these bites for approximately a month to two, and I originally thought they were just mosquito bites, but they have spread to all over my legs and on my feet.

About fifteen minutes ago, I went to the restroom and discovered a larger (approximately 1/3 cm diameter) one on the underside of my penis. It does not itch. However, I examined my penis and I found a large number of red spots which were certainly not there yesterday.

I was hoping I could get some type of help for this..
