Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Vagina

My vagina has tiny red bumps, feels bumpy, feels like its been cut by a razor and kind of burns when I touch it. Its more of a uncomfortable feeling more than anything. When I squeese & do kegals,I get that burning feeling& feels like my vagina has been cut. I also had a uti,might still have it, it was a bad uti. Do u know what this could be? It can't be a std,I really don't think,I been with one man for a long time.
