Suggest Treatment For Red Burn Spots In Penis Due To Friction Of Cloth

I was fooling around with my girlfriend all day yesterday, although there was no sexual intercourse, i have developed some red burn spots under the head of my penis due to constant friction over my shorts, so im not really worried that this is any kind of infection, more worried how long it will take to heal, since the pain is really unbearable, and if there is anything i can do to make it heal faster.
