Suggest Treatment For Red Circular Bump That Is Itchy And Hard
I have a little larger than a quarter size red circular bump that is warm to the touch, kind of itches and the skin under is a little harder. The center has really small bumps that almost look like a smile. what could this be and should seek medical attention.
