Suggest Treatment For Red Dots On Feet,thighs And Back

I have tiny red dots surrounded by faint white halos on my legs, the tops of my feet, on the back of my thighs, and on my back in the area of my bra strap. They do not itch or sting, but they are unsightly. They seem to be spreading too. I am not sick nor have I been lately. I do not have a fever. I have not recently started taking a new medication nor have I changed detergents. Can anyone tell me what s going on?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
