Suggest Treatment For Red, Dry Bumps On Genital Region

Hello, I had a few red bumps that I scratched not realizing they were there, then it spread all over my genital region. They dont really itch, they are dried out and red. I was not sexual active when they came about but was cuddling with a partner but she does not have this.
