Suggest Treatment For Red Eyes When On Medication For Strep Throat
My 5 year old son has had strep throat recently (two rounds of antibiotics. A couple of days ago we found a tick on his ear - not engorged, but attached & removed. Today one of his eyes is very red (bloodshot) played normally most of day. At bedtime said his neck and tummy hurt.

Post tick bite red eye may be due to Lyme disease or it may be a conjunctivitis or excessive rubbing of the eye or allergy. Please consult with your ophthalmologist he will examine for possible causes and treat you accordingly.
