Hi I woke up this morning with these red itchy bumps they almost look like mosquito bites or even a hive I wasn t outside and didn t eat or been around anything out of the ordinary, a friend of mine also just got diagnosed with impedtigo is it possible I go.t it too? They are located on my lower back and going into my butt area

As per your query you have symptoms of red itchy bumps on the lower back and buttock which could be due to blockage of sebaceous glands as back has rich number of sebaceous glands. It could be due to contact dermatitis and hair follicle infection by bacteria leading to folliculitis. Need not to worry. You should rinse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice a day. Take a course of Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice a day for 5 days. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. If symptoms keep son persisting you should go for patch test as well. Apply topical antibiotic cream such as neosporin 2% on it. take a course of antibiotic Tablet.
